Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino spent six seasons on the series and did a stint in drug rehab.

His legal problems didn't stem from drug possession, but from assault. He was charged by Middletown, New Jersey Police with simple assault after a fight in a tanning salon he co-owns with his brother, Frank.
